So CHIT could be revoked by the SEC?

Since it is SEC-registered and reporting, doesn't the SE then file an administrative proceeding to revoke the stock?

The company either agrees and lets it be revoked or fights it with the SEC, right?

I no non-SEC stocks like VICT simply languish on the grey market for years.
