You know, Argus, this all happened way back when the prospectuses for all four were written. In cases like a BK, only the full monty plus to the shareholders. Of course, I been mentioning the political angle, which holds things up. Those buggers have a ton of Karma coming down on them.
But if you look at the figures, that 2.4 is roughly what it would take to kick us to the curb - happily - and roll into reorg with the OBS. Nothing more that that.
And one other thing - I believe some big money players - ala WAMU to a degree, but that was solved - are getting fed up with this CT nonsense. Just a feeling, as hybrids like us served their purpose, but no longer. They want something clean out of Pappy and then they can screw it up. But pay us and we'll be long gone.
Just like peeling a gotdamn onion, Argus. Never seems to end, but it does and will to our benefit.
