That is the magic low price conversion number for Gunpowder. However, there's at least that much that can be converted at 02 per the latest Q. Somewhere between 50 - 100M shares. Worth another look at the latest Q before dumping anything else here.

Folks have been flipping some blocks between 015ish and 019ish (recently 017ish). That's all the action here currently.
