I agree that this is bizarre! As I posted before, maybe Howard has a reason for letting the PPS fall through the floor. I don't see what could be gained from this unless he is allowing someone to accumulate at bargain prices? I don't know?

MAYBE, IMO,..... Howard is letting the PPS fall as low as it will go so he can announce a buy back and then let some great news rip and watch it run to the moon....... WAIT!!! WAKE UP AND WASH YOURSELF OFF!!!!
