Conceptually Incorrect: DryShips Inc Has Been Through This too...
I was there when their share price quadrupled from $1 to $4 on the announcement of the end of the Kalani sales. There comes a certain point when it is not beneficial for a company to continue down that road, since it becomes exponentially difficult to get people to purchase the available shares.
There is no indication of any more future dilutions and no indication of any more reverse stock splits. I think this is the beginning of a huge upward trajectory.
This afternoon's lack of news update just shows that they are letting the price drive up further and they need that to continue to list on NASDAQ. We know they need to get to a dollar and also support current shareholder value.
