The MSPC Short Story Needing to be Covered…

This is the thought by some...

The MSPC story and news regarding the 3(a)10 Exemption shares that have neither not have been issued in the past nor will be issued in the future is a very important story. Here’s what appears to be what have transpired.

The guys who were believed to have been getting those 3(a)10 shares issued appear to have shorted MSPC by a significant amount of shares. They did this by selling shares of MSPC that they didn’t have based on the assumption that they would get those 3(a)10 shares to use to cover their position of MSPC shares that they prematurely sold to short the stock.

The problem now is that with no 3(a)10 shares that have neither not have been issued in the past nor will be issued in the future, this presents a problem for those who sold MSPC shares prematurely to short MSPC. To cover their short positions, they are going to have to buy the shares back out of the open market.

To help facilitate this transaction, MSPC did a smart move by transferring Transfer Agents to keep any relationship that any of the individuals involved from exercising any of their political control over the previous Transfer Agent to issue them shares. With MSPC no longer being a client of their old transfer Agent, their old Transfer Agent would not be able to issue shares either. This news below holds merit:

The MSPC acquisition of Etelix and the MSPC CF3 Enterprises 3(a)10 transaction are two entirely different things

Read the post again very carefully the first half is about the MSPC acquisition agreement with Etelix and how the acquisition agreement contains a kickback clause in which Etelix will sell stock and give some of the money back to MSPC

https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=139169261

As far as the CF3 Enterprises 3(a)10 transaction goes it was executed and an 8K was even filed to that extent including disclosing that shares were already being issued for the transaction

https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=139148668

That 3(a)10 transaction was also structured as a kick back arrangement with CF3 getting the stock first then using the money raised from the stock to pay off the MSPC debts.

MSPC even said in a press release that CF3 didn't deliver the money to the debt holders as they were supposed to.

2 different illegal kickback schemes.

I know it's a lot to try to comprehend but take your time and study the research and you'll be able to see I'm talking about 2 different transactions each equally problematic.

Appreciate the effort you’ve put forth. Unfortunate for a lot of less than informed investors that fear sold because of the false conclusions of some.
By time Monday comes we’ll see this turn back up in my opinion.
