Why would you think it is Bravatek when O'Leary states the company is unrelated to DarkPulse?

I think the lowly Tour Guide is seeing dollar signs from a OTCM share selling scheme - that Greed has become his motivation.

Why pump for Cellucci when - O'Leary can pump and reap the rewards.

He is going to get a lesson pain from those providing real DD about any attempt he tries at orchestrating his own pump and dump scheme.
