Have you confused a raised AS with actaully issuing shares? Do you understand the difference? NONE of the increased AS has hit the market and become part of the OS.

AS- Authorized share- this means potentially available AFTER being issued.

OS- Outstanding share - this means they have been sold into the market.

I get his is confusing for some, I sure hope this helps.

In a further effort to educate......https://www.investopedia.com/dictionary/ you can even make the font bigger so its easier to read.

No one has access to that, it is part of Reg A.
