cause i do my DD. and also i have traded plenty of tickers to know that companies have things up their sleeves.

i'll give you an example.. ive traded stocks that have .. watch my words... UNLIMITED NUMBER OF SHARES authorized. and the ticker ran to .0072

so when everyone is crying about R/S, 25bil A/S or any of those things i laugh and cry all at the same time. People can't be that incompetent.
