YES.. THEY DO IT EVERYDAY IN SCAM PINKSHEETS.. RARELY DO THEY EVER GET CAUGHT EVEN.. THEY WANT THAT EASY MONEY AT ANY COST!.. LOOK UP THE CANOUSE BROTHERS FOR PROOF.. IMO

It doesnt take much to register a stock. It does however crimp your style a bit when you scam. You have to want to be unregistered.
