I`ve always held out hope for the best, concerning REVO, even though I`ve just about given up on us shareholders getting anything but a nice tax write off.....lol

As far as I know, they have always been a NV company. Their "office" is/was in NC but they were domiciled in Nevada all along..

If you dig around some more in the link you provided, you will find they filed in Nevada in Feb 2005
