Atlanta, March 09, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Atlanta, GA 03/9/2018 -- US Highland Inc. (OTC Pink: UHLN) ("The Company") announces that it has acquired the health-conscious, restaurant company TRU-Food Provision Co., and that its financials have been brought current and stop sign removed.
US Highland acquired 100% of TRU-Food Provision Company in a part cash, part equity transaction. A name and symbol change will happen in the near future to commemorate the new direction of the company.
US Highland also announces that it has brought its financials up to date with the SEC, and the stop sign has been removed from its symbol on OTCMarkets.com. The Company expects to have its 10K filed on time.
Currently expanding across the Southeast and headquartered in Atlanta GA, TRU-Food Provision Company is a fast-casual restaurant company offering consumers a healthy diverse menu made with fresh organic ingredients every day. The brand is known as the place where you should “Be TRU to YOU”. TRU-Food offers a diversity of menu items, from flatbread sandwiches, bowls, wraps, salads, and fresh proteins such as chicken, turkey, steak and falafel. All entrees are available in pre-prepared “meal plans”, for take-out, as well.
