#1140 RE: Elliot09 #1139

Elliot/Jack,

I am empathetic. I am not a shorter and invested in Letcavage with the high risk portion of my portfolio. As I know with high risk there would be a good chance of losing money as a business risk. That would only be a problem with my judgment.

From my perspective it appears that Letcavage has feathered his own nest rather than trying to maximize shareholder value. I did mention his lifestyle as I feel that we supported his lifestyle. Don’t get me wrong, I would rather have an excellent CEO and compensate him/her to get them to the lifestyle that they would like to become accustomed.

I don’t mind drinking and remember Lincoln’s response when people complained about Grant’s drinking. He said to find out what he was drinking and give it to the other generals. As far as the woman, I am more concerned.

These concerns pale in comparison to Letcavage’s track record. As KBER has pointed out our CEO has had a history of regulatory problems. Always wanting to think the best of someone, I appreciated your opinions while still trying to keep my eyes open. You described Letcavage’s Nexalin venture as being successful. The technology appears to be as promised, but it is far from a successful venture. They list device placement sites on the website. Simple math to just count the sites and divide by the number of years that Letcavage has been involved. Not too bad for a shoestring operation, but Randall has raised millions much of which is hard to find. I am meeting with my lawyer to discuss action.

See if you can account for the funding in PRHL. How much does he take as a fundraising fee as compared to usual and customary? How much marketing expense is charged to fundraising?

I hear your position. I think you should be scared. It is hard to do, but pay no attention to what the CEO says, but look at his actions that can be verified. As a large investor have you considered asking for a board position? I would feel more comfortable about the investment if you could verify that everything is legitimate. I know the stink of keeping the troubled accounting firm hasn’t impacted you yet, but it certainly reached me.
