Okay, a search for "Ikal" worked better. They do own some vineyards in Argentina. As of their most recent financial report on the subject, there was no hotel, and no timeshares. There was relatively small wine production, and a helluva lot of debt, since MSPC essentially bought the property with a convertible note.
