I have reviewed and analyzed the settlement; it was approved by a court of law and has absolutely no problem with it at all. The rising share price and the retired shares minimize it impact to the point of being inconsequential imo

I don't really think they want or have plans to give up being a SEC registrant. They have more than a few times mentioned uplisting in thier plans.

I'm not privy to the lawyers strategy or litigation on the 3a10 that was amended two times from CF3 LLC's file.
