$ ONCI. Yes it had me wondering all day what was going on and it didnt make since till i saw that 41 Million at the end of the day and it give me a chance to pick up another Million for less than i expected to pay. If I remember correctly, Steve said that the stock reduction was still ongoing.

There is only one way to repay debts or dilute them, or only to do so with little dilution.
