So why wouldn't the company pay back cash for the notes? Makes no sense right. If they somehow have the cash to buy back shares why bother let them all dump non stop.. Puts a very bad image on the company and one of the reasons I believe (and especially without SEC 8ks and form 4s) that this was a pump by some entity to get all the note holders out but this is just my opinion on it. GLTY
