I am an NPHC supporter but increasing this to 8 billion is nuts. What could they possibly need with 6 billion more shares. This is not going to go over well and it's unfortunate. Overall just really disappointed as I really thought things were turning around. Just hard for me to comprehend why this big of an increase is needed.
Most investors will run if they see anything over 2-3 Billion AS even if they are never used. There is always a threat that they will be.
