$ ONCI. Near 3 times as many Buys as the sells today & it hasnt even started yet. Its going to be UP UP & UP from these levels as we start getting Updates on those HUGE Contracts that Steve and the Sales Reps have been working on and it looks like some of those Dealers might be wanting to Buy shares of ONCI also IMO. https://ih.advfn.com/stock-market/USOTC/on4-communications-inc-ONCI/trades
