i think the floor at this point is above $1 based on my calculations for the last convertible notes. They aren't going to dump notes at a loss.

$2 probably won't happen in the next month or so. Not until the convertibles have been sold off.

I strongly believe this last round of convertible represent the last 'lid on the pot' so to speak. Once those are done and over with there is no need to issue any more toxic debt and the seed funding is pretty much off the market until CA listing, so near term that should not affect pps.
