A company that is purported to be bringing in millions in revenue can’t afford an audit to substantiate said revenue????
That is what MSPC is essentially saying then if that is why they are deregistering.
That speaks volume alone.
OTC non-reporting pink stocks are ALL crap. Doesn’t mean they can’t run or people don’t buy them...but to suggest the company is real and on the up and up is nonsense.
And just because OTCM requires financial disclosures to be GAAP compliant means nothing. Many companies disclose fins on OTCM that are anything but GAAP compliant.
As long as they pay their disclosure fee to OTCM...they really don’t care.
Non-reporting pink sheet fins cannot be relied upon in any way.
