I agree that the worst your credit the more you pay for money

We had and have a real product

When I ran a traded company such as POTN we did a public offering to investors and shareholders that we have them restricted shares and an option to buy shares

We were able to raise needed funds this way

That is correct. The only thing that came save them from a death spiral of convertible debt is Revenue.
