IMO it is very odd that news deals are signed weekly and law offices are visited weekly yet on the annuals page 25.

Maybe I am missing something but why wait until Q1-March 15 when this could have been signed 2 month's back? CEO has been trying for months to settle on the Del debt so surely attorney visit's could have taken care of this issue.
