Cogint’s 4th quarter and full year results on March 14th.
March 19th "record date". March 26 "distribution date". I couldn't image a company showing poor results five day before a spin off. I am guessing the books are good and the spin off looks promising. After the spin off Cogint will still be making a million a month... so they will not be losing money!
