You seem to think that the financials are as simple as filling out a piece of paper. These things take time. A year? Maybe so in this case. As I said before, most likely Tony tried to do them himself and could not. Did APRU have any money to pay a CPA at that time? Probably not. Now they have sold some chews and drinks and made enough money to pay a CPA to do the financials. Which was what, a month ago? Even a phenomenal CPA wouldn't be able to bring a company that has been dark for years current overnight.
All this IMO... of course.
