Has the company made any statement on when they will be releasing financials or filings to OTC?

You obviously are not new to this, so concerning MPSC, you should be aware of why MSPC is a Pink Sheet/BB listed company.

They have regular shareholder communication, not just PR NEWS WIRE FLUFF and so IMO, now the market is assessing the valuation of MSPC based on the most recent company developments.

I happen to be a long...and I'm staying that way until such time as I am not.
