Nice post.. ought to be a sticky. Couldn’t agree more regarding November thru February filings. Becoming current would be catalyst for a parabolic type move.
I may be averaging up soon. Seems like a no brainer IMO

you may be right - just a warning for others, the latest 10k shows 12/31/15 year end debt of $2.26m including 547k of notes payable, and an annual loss of $1.3m so as of then there was baggage - maybe cleaned up now, don't know.

Seems to me that adds risk of a large AS and dilution, but again I don't know the specific situation. Any info appreciated.
