You could be right.............
down to sub pennies,but I am buying below 4c(mc<$900k).I believe the stock price has support around 3.5c and most likely than not stay/hold at that level.
ps-in 2017 directors and management exercised their 6c stock option and quickly liquidated than for a quick profit: I agree with you wholeheartedly that they are marginal at best.
