I agree Looking, but there was No Toxic Debt on last FINS and only $2.69 million in debt, incurred from operations, start up and development.

We all were looking for some word on Funding and We got it, more specifics on Q1 filings! I'm thinking Martin Wade III may know what's best here and will bet on it!
