TGGI added 3s first thing this AM, had a bid in as well so both filled and ready to rock now

Half right. He was awarded 300M as a condition of being CEO and gave those back. He is not, and is not legally able to accumulate any more shares. He is attempting to recover 3B shares that are not actively trading, but are mostly in certificate form. No one know if he will be successful, or if he will have to buy those back. And he doesn't have the money, right now, to buy them back.
