90%+ of "ico" are obvious scams ~ if you have a working software game you don't need to ask for money up front...open source and free software is great solution to ongoing security concerns >> however when you encourage people who are not even programmers or coders to ask for money upfront for untested pipe dreams >> it's certain devastation ;) lol
