Looking through ROs book there is no mention of such a tactic. It is interesting to note on page 107 there are two things that could go wrong. 1. Former shell owes money that was not disclosed. 2. Former shell has stock holders holding lots of shares and are now legally your stock holders.
RO told me that the civil suit maybe addresed in the next disclosure. Other than that he could not comment.
