That does appear to be the facts based on this SEC Complaint.
OWC provided an attorney opinion letter to OWC’s transfer agent from a disbarred attorney in connection with the issuance of OWC’s stock to Global.
OWCP was following normal legal proceedings. They received a correspondence from an attorney connecting with OWC's transfer agent.
If what JF supplied appeared to be legal and met all the criteria for transfer there would be no reason why OWC would stop the transfer,...all the paperwork was in place.
That is why OWC is not part of this Complaint.
What a game of chess JF was playnig. At any time the gig could have been up but JF knew the proper entities to pull off this scam.
How absolutely stupid of JF,...narcissism takes down another greedy person.
