Gee, I think that is gonna be one of the reasons for a class action. What happened here was a colossal loss of value for an entire group (class) of shareholders. Only a class action suit will get at the reasons for this in the first place. What if Jeffee saw stuff behind the scenes at OWC that was BS, or big problems? Or he saw the perfect pump and dump, and used free shares for the dump? Could be many other reasons that need to see the light of day.
