That would be true. April 10th more likely the date as a buyback didn't begin until the 1st of March. Also, this would be enclosed in their finance reports that they are current on. That's the question that everyone must ask why would they even mention buy back!? They could be in huge trouble for that and also it has to reflect their financials which they've always been current on, if you go to their historicals..Their 8 K & 10 K are all current, last one posted December 12th, 2017!!!
