no where in this SEC Complaint is anything about charging OWCP.

Now,...there might be or could be another SEC follow up depending on what their investigation has found.

I'm hoping for the best here but it's difficult with OWCP not answering any of these issues to date. Hopefully tomorrow will have a few answers.
