Injunction: Yes that's the way to go. Neither Chemosat nor investors need another CA. What we need is for the BoD to sit up and take notice that this company is much more than just their personal cash-cow.
I know for a fact that they're aware that a good deal of damning evidence has been collected, but I'm not confident that they're convinced that enough shareholders will take a stand. That's why it's so important to not only cast your vote "against" but to also contact the authorities. SEC has already commented that they're "looking into this situation", but it may take more complaints to tip the scale in our direction.
So, do your part.
