The only issue for them I can see is the compensation for promoting the stock and not saying anything from their end. I dont know if that is something they are required to do, or Friedman's responsibility, but it is somebody's responsibility to let investors know. I know I listened to him in my DD, as him being an investor, not a paid shill.
