For sure! They don't have any leases and haven't pumped oil in months. They weren't pumping even when they said they were. No updates, filings or assets. Again, what are they? Who are they? All they have is a shell. Thats it. Thats their play. Sell the public shell to any bidder.
A nice new office with large windows, a great view, new office furniture, freshly painted walls and new carpet easily warrants a $3-$4 stock price. Forget having assets, money, contracts etc.
