correct, well the company has been around since the 1990s I believe if you look at their Google finance file, it says headquarters Tustin, CA Rising India founded 1998
Rising India
Company
Headquarters: Tustin, CA
Founded: 1998
Subsidiaries: Saint James Films, LLC, Summer Hill Films LLC, TomCat Films LLC, Fresh Green Concepts, Inc.

it was formerly a 3-D Animation/editing company for animated movie productions, before it did a reverse merger last year early 2017 to focus on researching and developing products in the legal cannabis sector.

I referred to the company as RBIO because RSII has already filed with FINRA for a name/ticker symbol change to RBIO, which is imminent. & I have a feeling that RBIO will be a successful company, a pioneer in the sector, that will be trading on the NYSE or NASDAQ in the not-so-distant future. 2 Canadian marijuana companies are now currently trading on the NASDAQ. 1 that sells marijuana to Germany and the other is partially owned by Constellation brands (Corona beers, etc) to develop and market marijuana infused beverages on a large scale. I don't see why a homegrown American company like RBIO won't also trade on a major U.S. stock exchange.

Pretty common and not alarming when companies buy a shell or change development. There is a lot of information regarding what they are involved in.
