It will be low but there were some existing that sold in the 4's to buy it at 3 plus the warrant.

Again, What we could likely see is some PR with a line item in it stating Joey is participating to X extent...to see if anyone moves off the fence on that and then a few days later, a PR about a backstop IMO. That will be key for some and depending on where PPS is at, could very well have more participation.

Personally, I would love for 650-700K to come from investors and a backstop deal in place for only 1.8M...I would ideally like $2.5M to come out of this with 3 new stores and plenty of operating cash. Let them have 5 in total and reset and go from there. 230-233M o/s at the end of all this is something that is NOT ideal but something I can live with. Would have too
