i dont understand the point of the partnership? how does mgc benefit? the market in canada and usa is over saturated as it is. maybe im missing something. maybe for the mgc derma line? i think mgc should seek to partner with pharma distributers if anything for cannepil. or potentially partner with canada to provide them gmp botanical extracts. the only good path i see for mgc in usa is pharmaceutical route (cannepil) and maybe the derma line. also they could provide supply chain for canada companies to expand into europe. there is a major supply problem that is developing in legal marijuana states in the usa that i assume will happen in canada. that is why specialty off the shelf (derma) and pharmaceutical (cannepil) is where the value is. also the certifications (like GMP) is what will separate the good from the bad.
