Victura has an LOI with Cherubim Millworks. It was originally a spinoff from Designer Lane that is a materials supply vendor, as well as provided a showroom and design services for Project customers. CM expanded and currently has a fabrication facility that creates custom millworks and cabinets, both built and supplied by relational vendors.
CM also developed a DBA of Interiors by Designer Lane to facilitate remodel type projects it could generate from relationships. Those construction needs are handled by GC when trades involved are beyond cabinets, trim or tops.
