CEO Grofe told me himself in Dec. he's not dumping or making any efforts to manipulate (natch) nor knows who would be, I believe that he's extra-cautious about that, also have to believe that he's "moving things forward" not gonna let the shell and time and money he put into acquiring it -- from company that patented the Epipen BTW -- die, and let his life-long experience at Healthgnostics which prompted him to pay for the IP for BakedAmerican go to waste --

so while it would be great if he'd put the energy he puts into RavePops persona into this real soon, he's clearly 2 different personas, the executive who promised to update fin's via the new Accountants and is planning how to move forward, will PR as promised... WHEN IDK of course.
