The "Holdings" section appears to be corrupted again. I've sent alert to them to correct again.

Cherubim Interests is not part of Victura. The name was used from the original private holding company that housed the 3 related subsidiaries...Cherubim Builders Group.

These formed the initial platform for Victura to be a construction based Pubco based on additional construction based relationships and acquisitions to build the overall gross revenue.

CHIT, the name was granted to be used by its owners for the PubCo...the original owners of CGB. It was initially designed to be the holding area for real estate related holdings...and BudCube was added later.

So although there was intended to be relational overlap between the two PubCos, they are not organizationally linked.
