From a friend in Law Enforcement in Florida...he says it's going to be a large fine(possibly over) two thousand dollars and Driving School which the offender will have to pay for...jmo.

$ ONCI. Yes when one gets fined high enough then things will change for sure. There are way to many people on the Roads to be Texting and driving IMO.
