When I looked earlier the bid and ask was $.73 for 10 board lots. That tells me and anyone else including the guy who put the @ market bid in, that nobody is selling more than 10 boardlots up to 73 cents. When you saw $.70, somebody put an “ask in @ $.70 bigger than the original 10 board lots.
There are ways to get market breadth info and that is one way. It can be done on any market before the bell. All you have to do is put your buy or sell orders in and have enough shares in your order to move the price. You just have to make sure you cancel your order before the market opens or you just bought yourself 10 board lots at $.73 LOL
