It is evident that not all shareholders have equal access to information!
If it was my money about to be taken from my control, I'd be concerned about the lack of a public statement on this.
Ultimately what is filed in Delaware is legally accurate, anything else is just a promise and subject to change on a whim without any legal recourse...
It should be evident to all shareholders that raising VC will require substantial dilution to the share structure! THAT IS HOW IT WORKS!
Even if the share structure has a 10M AS on the date it goes private, that can, and will change the minute they sell shares to raise VC... if they can ever find a VC investor...
