Hard to tell. Considering what the stock price was when the offering was put together, my guess is that the backstop probably has the right to buy any remaining shares at the 52 week low -- maybe in the .015-.018 range? Again, just a guess on my part, but I have to imagine that Parsi is willing to give away as many shares as he has to, to ensure that he gets the full $4.4M net total.
