the vast majority of the public has been duped into believing the gse's are to blame for the meltdown, and I seriously doubt jurors will show any sympathy towards "greedy" gse shareholders.
Lets hope there is no jury trial.
Actually, I dont think we'll get any justice regardless of whether a judge or jury decides our fate. The courts have been a waste and let down.
